Paper Title
Data Envelopment Analysis Models With Missing Values

Abstract
Data envelopment analysis models are generally used tools for efficiency and performance evaluation of a set of homogenous decision-making unit. It is based on a comparison of the inputs that the units spend for the production and the outputs produced relative to the other units of the set. The paper deals with the case that some of the inputs or output values are missing – this can be given by their non-availability or by the non-homogeneity of the data set. The paper discusses possible ways how to solve data envelopment analysis models with missing values. A numerical example illustrates possible approaches and their advantages and drawbacks are analyzed. Index Terms - Data envelopment analysis, missing data, non-homogeneity, efficiency
