Abstract
Local development plays an important role in economic growth of Mongolia. During the past two decades, the economy of Mongolia is expanding rapidly, while development of central region and remote provinces are different.In this connextion, development gap between provinces is increasing, which influenced to livelihood level of inhabitants in urban and rural areas.
