Development Of Digital Content For Restaurant Promotion On Social Media Of Move Media Group Co., Ltd.
Abstract
This research of information technology management on social media was aimed to 1) create the digital content for restaurant promotion on Social Media of Move Media Group Co., Ltd., 2)evaluate the quality of digital content for restaurant promotion on social media, and 3) evaluate the satisfaction of the samples to digital content for restaurant promotion on Social Media. The samples were 30 staff of Move Media Group Co., Ltd., derived from purposive sampling. Data was statistically analyzed by mean, and standard deviation. Thestudy found that the information technology detailed the description of restaurant for marketing communication. The pictures of restaurant to present the detail of restaurant for public relation on social media by Facebook page “Starving Time” - All about Eating, which the viewers could discuss and ask information. The evaluation of quality on content was at the level of “good” (mean = 4.42, S.D. = 0.50) and the quality on media was at the level of “very good” (mean = 4.61, S.D. = 0.49). The satisfaction of the samples on digital content for restaurant promotion on Social Media was at the level of “most” (mean = 4.62, S.D. = 0.52). This research can be concluded that the digital content for restaurant promotion on social media can be used for restaurant promotion and benefit for further study on information technology management via social media.
