A Creation Of Public Relation Media On Kitchenex Products Via Online Social Media To Enhance Perception Of Working People

Abstract
The objectives of the research were to 1) create and evaluated the quality of public relation media on Kitchenex products via online social media to enhance perception of working people in terms of information management, 2) evaluated the perception of working people on Kitchenex products via online social media, and 3) evaluated the satisfaction of working people on public relation media on Kitchenex products via online social media. The 50 samples for evaluating perception and satisfaction were working people who were interested in Kitchenex products, lived in Bangkok, and derived from purposive sampling. Data was statistically analyzed by mean, standard deviation and percentage. The research findings were that public relation media via online social media composed of video, info-graphic via online social media such as Face book, Kitchenex fanpage that described the characteristics of Kitchenex products. The evaluation on content quality was at the level of “very good” (mean = 4.58, S.D. = 0.46), and the evaluation on media quality was at the level of “very good” (mean = 4.66, S.D. = 0.38). The evaluation on perception to Kitchenex products was at the level of “much” (93.20%). The working people satisfied the public relation media on Kitchenex products via online social media was at “most” level (mean = 4.80, S.D. = 0.39). This research finding can be concluded that the public relation media on Kitchenex products via online social media can be applied for working people and the suggestion was to study the further research on information management for enhancing the perception via online social media Keywords - Perception / Public Relation Media / Online Social Media / Kitchenex Product / Information Management
