Examining the Relation between Transformational Leadership Style and Kotter Change Management Process
Since change is a continuous process, several researches were conducted and examined the relation between leadership styles and strategic change management. However, the relation between leadership styles and specific change management model have never been conducted. The purpose of this research is to examine the relation between transformational leadership style and Kotter change model. PLS first order structural model was constructed and data was collected from 150 employees to study this relation. The results of this research indicated that a positive relation exists between transformational leadership style and Kotter change model.
