Influence Style Leadership, Work Motivation and Cultural Organization of the Employee Performance in JAC Group Indonesia
Abstract
This study aimed to identify the effect of Leadership Style, Work Motivation and Organizational Culture of the JAC Group Employee Performance in Indonesia. There are 52 respondents (the whole employees). Data collection was conducted by interview and questionnaire. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling technique. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the style of leadership had a significant influence on employee performance, based on the results of the SPSS 23 data shows that the correlation between the dimensions of an authoritarian leadership style and leadership style can affect the employee is free to make a better employee performance at work. Work motivation has a significant influence on employee performance, Companies encourage employees to produce maximum performance. Organizational culture has a significant influence on employee performance, attention to detail as hopeful, positive attention, uphold ideals, timeliness and analyze the ability of employees to improve performance It can be said that the style of leadership, motivation, and organizational culture together has a significant influence on employee performance. It can be said that the style of leadership, motivation, and organizational culture together has a significant influence on employee performance.
