Paper Title
Conductive Amphiphilic Chitosan-Based Compositeforneuron Gene Transfection By Electrical Stimulation

Abstract
In this study, the PG based on the reduced graphene oxide and self-synthesized conductive amphiphilic chitosanpolymer has demonstratedbio-mimic characteristic, excellent ionic/electric conductivity, biocompatible and mechanism properties. By the combination of the hydrogel-based nanostructuralPGand DNA carriers, the electrical stimulation resulted in the enhancement on DNA release, even exhibiting the successful gene transfectionboth in vitro and in vivo. Such nanocomposite bioelectrode is expected to provide more effective treatment in neurodegenerative diseases. Index Terms - Amphiphilic chitosan, gene transfection, polydimethylsiloxane, reduced graphene oxide.
