Hindu Perspective of Human Resource Management With Special Reference to Sanskrit Fable

Abstract
The concept of Human Resource Management is much more value for present society, in which the sustainable development has been entertained. The inception of this valuable concept can be seen in Vedic era, especially classical Sanskrit literature as well as Sanskrit Fables as well. There are two main Sanskrit fables namely Païcatantrawhich some critics believe was composed around the 3rd century BCE is attributed to ViṣṇuṤarma. andHithopadeśa which was composed by NarāyaṇaṤarman. There are many eloquent saying (Subhāṣitās) with regard to human values. The human being, in accordance with Sanskrit literature, the illustrious one in this world. It can be pointed out special expression from SubhāṣitaRatnaBhāṇḍāgāra like this; Amantramakñaraà nästi nästimülamanauñadham Ayogyo puruño nästi yojakaù tatra durlabhaù. There is no any useless letter in any alphabet, any root without having used is not founded and there is no persion who ineligible, even though there is lack of human resource, who do not get prepare the person who are in the society. The great poet named Bhartṛhari says in his Nīti śataka as, Präbhyate na khalu vighnabhayena nécaiù prärbhya vighnavihitäviramanti madhyäù vighnairpunarpunarapi pratihanyamänäù prärabhdhamuttamajanäù na parityajanti. In accordence with the statement the lowest class of men do not begin at all for fear of obstacles, the middle class men begin and when assailed by obstacles, they stop their task but the men who belongs to highest class never abandon an under taking that they have begun, although, assailed again and again by hindrances. The well statements in oder to increase the power of dignity of the person are there in Sanskrit literature which belong to Hindus. In doing this research, I intend to reveal the value of Human resource as predicted in the literature of Sanskrit with spicial reference to Hindu febles.
