Undermine Women’s Participation and Sustainable Development Goal

Abstract
Today's world leaders are the lookout and construct a strategy for achieved Sustainable Development Goal. To achieve the goal, a country must create a place where both male and female including girls contribute to their nations. The process will hamper if all women and girls will not participate properly. Achieve gender equality and empower all women & girls is one of the significant goal of Sustainable Development. To build gender equality women's full and effective participation will ensure. But in all over the world, the 'Gender Equality' concept is not clear for all people. As a result, seen the disproportion in managerial positions. To achieve the 'Goal 5' of SDG the concept will well be understood for the people of high level to the root level.
