Model, Algorithms, and Hardware-Software Complex for Lighting Control on the Basis of CCTV System

Abstract
The model, algorithms and hardware-software complex of lighting control based on motion sensors and security television system are proposed.The algorithm is described and the software for lighting control and detection of people in the video stream is developed. It is shown that the application of this approach significantly expands the capabilities of security television systems.
