The Development Of Causal Structural Relationship Of Factors Affected To Performance Of Agricultural Cooperatives In Thailand
Abstract
The purpose of this research was (1) to study the development of Agricultural Cooperatives in Thailand, (2) to analyse the causal structural relationship of factors affected to performance of Agricultural Cooperatives, and (3) to examine the strategic management model of Thailand Agricultural Cooperatives� performance. This study was conducted as the mixed-methods research. The population consisted of 500 chairmen of cooperatives or managers of cooperatives who could provide information of Agricultural Cooperatives in Thailand. The research instrument collected empirical data was questionnaires and in-depth interview. Descriptive statistic such as frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, skewness, kurtosis, and reliability analysis were analyzed the empirical data. Moreover including inferential statistics to analyze the effect of structural relationship with AMOS7.0 program. The relating variables included strategic management, human resource management, participation, competitive advantage, and performance.
