Influenceing Factors (Supervisor, Co- Worker And Pay) Of Job Satisfaction Among Employess In Public Sector’s In Libya
Abstract
Job Satisfaction plays an important role among employees. There are several challenges and issues to uphold employee’s satisfaction in the current situation of Libya. This study is conducted to address the gap of influencing factors of job satisfaction among employees in public sectors of Libya. Quantitative study has been conducted to address the issue and collect the data from the employees of public sectors in Libya through a questionnaire survey. The findings of the study indicated that supervisor, co- worker and pay have a significant role as predictors of job satisfaction in Libya. In the current situation of Libya this study conclude that supervisor, co- worker and pay merit system assurance among the public sectors is highly influencing factors. Thepublic sectors management has to assure that the employees are well satisfied. In the result improvement in work quality and delivery is highly expected in public sectors of Libya.
