E Commerce In Saudi Arabia
Abstract
This research closely examined the impact of Internet on the market of Saudi Arabia and how it affected the consumer relationship building. By developing an understanding about Internet is being used by firms in developing interactive relationship with their customers; therefore, it will help the e-commerce organizations of Saudi Arabia to integrate relationship marketing strategies for enhancing their relationship with their consumers.
