Survey the Motivation of Service Users towards Siam Paragon Shopping Center, Bangkok
The purpose of this study was to investigate the motivation of customers towards Siam Paragon overall in terms of attractions, facilities, transportation, public relations including services. The samples were 400 customers. Questionnaire were used at this shopping center. Statistics used in the analysis were standard deviation, percentage and the interpretation of the results concerning the customers motivation. When classified the results according to the variables studied, it was found that the level was very high.
