Satisfaction in Meeting Room Service Via Internet Network Case Study
Abstract
Satisfaction in meeting room service via internet network case study Nipa Naphadol Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University was to investigate the satisfaction in meeting room service in design and development, reserve service potency, along with benefit and application.
The samples selected for the study were totaling 118 teachers and staffs of Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University who answered the given questionnaire. The methodology used was descriptive statistics with percentage, average, and standard deviation.
The result of the study discovered that
1. Most of the participants were female teachers and staffs
2. The satisfaction in meeting room service through internet network of Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University in design and development was in high level.
3. The satisfaction in meeting room service through internet network of Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University in reserve service potency was in high level.
4. The satisfaction in meeting room service through internet network of Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University in benefit and application was in high level.
