Paper Title
Identification of New Inhibitors Against Cholera using Insilico Approaches

Abstract
Cholera is a bacterial disease featured by dehydration and serve diarrhea. The present work focused on insilico approaches to prevent cholera in human beings using pyrimidine compounds. The newly synthesized pyrimidine compounds show strong interactions and good binding affinity to OmpU protein. Moreover, the pharmacokinetic properties of the compounds are predicted through insilico methods. Hence, our study concludes that pyrimidine derivatives may use as drug candidates for treatment of cholera.
