Strategies Approach to Social Emotional Learning in Vietnam: Embedding SEL Core Content into Life Skills Instruction
Abstract
Social and Emotional Learning is a process for helping children develop fundamental skills for life effectiveness. Over the last decade, a research literature on SEL and life skills in Vietnam has begun to develop. This synopsis provides an overview of the major trends that studies have addressed, evaluates the state of research to date, and suggests approaches for further teaching on SEL and life skills in Vietnam.
