Human Resource Management and Competitiveness Affecting Tourism Industry Success
The objectives of this article are to present literature review and to propose the research hypotheses as well as the research framework leading to a development of a model of tourism industry success. The important issues gained from the literature review that need proving are: 1) human resource management has significant relationship with competitiveness in tourism industry, 2) human resource management has significant relationship with tourism industry success, and 3) competitiveness has significant relationship with tourism industry success. The obtained information, propositions and framework will be used to develop a prospective model of tourism industry success.
