The Relationship between Corporate Entrepreneurship and Financial Performance in the Listed Company in Market for Alternative Investment (Mai) of Thailand: Literature Review

Abstract
This study is documentary research. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the relation between corporate entrepreneurship and financial performance. The study was conducted by using a literature review and document analysis. This study found that the concept of corporate entrepreneurship is characterized by innovativeness, risk taking and pro-activeness. The financial performance is the financial instrument which are sales growth, return on assets and return on equity. The results indicated that corporate entrepreneurship is positive effect on financial performance.
