Paper Title
Cultural Diversity and Knowledge Transfer

Abstract
There are many factors influencing transfer knowledge within organizations. Many authors refer to refer to the trust and culture as the most important ones. The influence of culture is, however, not very well explored. This work, using the method of systematic literature review, seeks to find the answer to the question: “How does cultural diversity affect the process of transferring knowledge within the organization?". Based on undertaken literature review, it can be concluded that the impact of cultural diversity on the transfer of knowledge within the organization is quite positive, although the approaches of the authors differ. However, more important factors that have a more significant impact on knowledge transfer and sharing have been found, such as the complexity of the task, the size of the team, or the motivation of an individual to share the knowledge. The theme of sharing and transferring knowledge is up to date, especially because of the current situation in markets where there is a lot of competition worldwide. In the future, the most valuable assets of companies and their competitive advantage will be the volume and quality of knowledge they will have.
