Human Resource Management Affecting Qualityof Work Life Of Operative Employees: A Case Study Of An Automotive Part Company In Wellgrow Industrial Estate
Abstract
The purposes of this research were: 1) To measure the level of quality of work life of operative employees in an automotive part company 2) To investigate on human resource management affecting quality of work life of operative employees. The samples in this research were 100 operative employees of an automotive part company in Wellgrow Industrial Estate, Thailand. Simple random sampling method were selected. The research instrument was a questionnaire and data was analyzed by statistical software. The statistics used in this study were percentage, arithmetic mean, and standard deviation. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to test the hypothesis. The results suggest that:
1) The level of quality of work life of operative employees of an automotive part company is medium.
2) Recruitment and job design affected quality of work life of operative employees which statistically significant at the level 0.05 and 0.01 respectively
