The Use Of Electronic Open Educational Resources To Teach College Writing To Esl Students
Abstract
Textbooks are expensive, so students are often reluctant to buy them, sharing the book or skipping assigned homework altogether. Instructors supplement textbooks with additional teaching materials and make copies that sometimes violate copyright agreements. In this article I will discuss the benefits and limitations of free electronic Open Educational Resources/books (OERs) for ESL Writing.
