Energy Management for Smart Home
Abstract
This paper describes the construction and implementation of a hardware and software setup for real-time energy management for smart home (SHEMS) by “metering energy” that controlling and monitoring home appliances according to equipment’s priority and limit of energy that indicated by energy distributor or consumers inside a house or outside by using microcontroller, router and WIFI for communication between user and web server. The requirements of electrical energy are grown technology ,rapidly and continuously enhancing living ethics as well . We need SHEMS for optimizing energy usage, reducing their bills, controlling and providing them comfortability. All of them are the main goals of this work.
