Paper Title
To Develop Porcelain Ceramic Bodies Doped with ZrO2 and TiO2 for Improvement of its Physical and Mechanical Strength

Abstract
The present study is aimed to enhance the physical and mechanical properties of the alumina porcelain material by using TiO2 (in weight percentage) as a substitute replacing ZrO2. The pallets were prepared in different shapes and dimensions with the help of hydraulic press machine by pressing at 160 MPa for a period of 10min. Different characterizations techniques such as; X-ray diffraction (XRD), and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) were used to evaluate the structural and microstructural changes. The influences of the doping of TiO2 and ZrO2 in base porcelain ceramic body were observed while increasing concentration of one doping material with simultaneous decrease of second one. The measurement of mechanical strength and physical behavior were analyzed for all the samples prepared with different compositions of TiO2 and ZrO2 with varying sintering temperature from 1250 to 13500C.
