Cycle Time Optimization using KOBETSU-KAIZEN

Abstract
Most of industries that are producing goods apply proper methods for measuring and monitoring the processes. These methods are: the production time, the produced units and also speed productions. They have to demonstrate the capability of processes to obtain the target. When the target is not reached corrections are implemented to ensure the product conformity. Kaizen management is oriented on improving every process that exists on the technological data sheet product and its main purpose is to eliminate losses. Improving the processes ensures the efficiency of the production. Kaizen's activities ensure value maximization of the product according to the customer's requirements. A qualitative differentiation of the product makes it more attractive, which ensures a superior place on the competitive market of the products.
