A Structural Equation Model of Encouraging toward the Evaluation Process on the Professional Qualification System and Organization Benefits of Thai Hotel
This study was therefore aimed at developing a structural equation model of encouraging toward evaluation process on the professional qualification system and organization benefits to further benefit the development of the professional qualification system for those involved in the hotel industry. The factor weights of all observed variables in each latent variable were positive at an acceptable level raging from .23 to .57. The most weighed variable was organization, .90, followed by planning, .86, and leadership and motivation, .85, while the least weighed variable was control.
