The Study of Students’ Openness to Public Relation by Academic Service Department: Case Study of Ranong Education Centre, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University
The data was gathered through a questionnaire to investigate the students’ openness to information and their satisfaction with public relation service from the department. Descriptive statistics i.e. average, percentage and standard derivations were used. Regardless of the genders and major subjects, the participants were open to the public relation by the department and social media was a platform for most participants to access to the information. The finding also showed that most participants accessed to the department’s news through Facebook (56.69%), followed by Line (32.49%) and the students’ openness to the department’s news were at the moderate level.
