Green Joint Network-Channel Coded Wireless Architecture Using Compressive Sensing Techniques

Abstract
In this work, we present a Green Joint Network Channel Compressive Sensing Technique for the multiple-access relay channel with two sources, one relay, and one destination. Our devised scheme is useful for practical scenarios in which channels exhibit both Rayleigh fading over all the wireless links and AWGN noise. Network coding has been used at the relays to increase the diversity at destination. The proposed study has been using fewer number of transmitted signals, hence the less processing energy would be required, to achieve the higher performance as compared to traditional relays that cannot code. As limited energy budget and computational power is one of the most crucial challenges faced by designing a wireless system. The proposed study presents a novel performance measuring unit ’energy gain’ for evaluating the performance of a network coding basedjointchannelcodes
