Quality of Social Insurance Services by Personal Service Division of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University

Abstract
The research study the satisfaction level to the quality of social insurance services by Personnel Service Division, and to compare the satisfaction to the social insurance service sorted with personal particulars. The samples of this research work are 240 academic staff members and supportive staff members. The research findings reveal the following facts. In the overview, the personnel of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University are satisfied with the social insurance services by Personnel Service Division in the moderate level. Considered separately, the category that has the highest mean is the reliability/trustworthiness, followed by the categories of communication, responsiveness to needs, and capability of service providers. The comparison of the satisfaction to the quality of social insurance services of samples sorted with their personal particulars leads to the results that, in the overview, the personnel of the university, with different genders and types of works have no significant difference in terms of their satisfaction towards the quality of social insurance services. Meanwhile, it is also discovered that the personnel with different marital statuses, ages, educational backgrounds, units and characteristics of works to contact the service division lead to the significant difference in satisfaction to the quality of services, with the statistical significance level of .05 Keywords - Quality/Service/Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University
