Paper Title
An Improved Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation Approach and its Application for Project Risk Analysis

Abstract
The aim of this paper will focus on developing a decision model for project risk evaluation through an improved fuzzy weighted average (IFWA) approach. We use the membership grade of risk priority number (RPN) and its relative weights to establish the analysis matrix of project risks. Then the proposed fuzzy weighted average approach has be considered as an aggregating tool to calculate synthetic risk score for each project risk evaluation. The final risk score of the project has be calculated through a none-fuzzy method to provide a crisp value for helping the decision maker to make a decision. An example of the project risk evaluation has be illustrated to demonstrate usefully the proposed decision model.
