Effect of Professionalism Employees on the Quality of Public Services Dedicates and Civil Situations in Ambon
Background this research is the issues contained in the office of the population and public service in Ambon, which is to be expected not yet optimally provide satisfactory service user community. It is indicated often appearance complain user community to be a quality services provided employees. Because the required existence professionalism, so the problems principal in this research. There is a significant influence between professionalism employee to quality population public service recording civil situation in Ambon. This research is analysis quantitative. Tecnique data analysis used formula pearson product moment correlation and for test level significant from existing relationships used count formula and next for knowing contribute X variable and Y variable used formula coefisien determinants. The sample of research used accidental sampling as many as 54 respondents. The results analysis obtained value correlation amount 0.866 then results correlation the significant of level used t-arithmetic formula that the results amount 2,839 of results calculation the evidently t-count results more from r-tables (2,839 > 2,042), while the contribution of variable X to Y is 75%. Based on the results of the analysis can be said that there a significant influence between professionalism employees to quality population public service and recording civil situation in Ambon.
