Performing Operational Management with Gamification

Abstract
The management of all the operational activity of a company is not only governed by the management of results, it also presents a wide range in the management of human capital. In this perspective, it is necessary to take into account issues such as motivation and development, along with its performance. For this reason, it is necessary to identify points of contact between different effective methodologies in this area, so that we can design a symbiotic methodology with a set of good practices for its implementation. This paper focuses on the literature review of different monitoring and performance management practices, referring to the development of different projects where the use of the Gamification concept is studied.
