Knowledge Management And Innovation Process At Port Authority Of Thailand
The objective of this research were to construct and develop the indicators on Knowledge Management (KM) of Port Authority of Thailand, The organizations all over the world are being faced with common challenges. That is incumbent for them to improve their performance to keep altogether of rapid changes. If any organization cannot adapt themselves to changes occurring around the environments outside and them unable to create any innovation, they were doomed to setback. The collected data from related literature was found that organization knowledge management consisted of three levels including individual, team and organizational levels. The organization having a competitive advantage should be able to create, maintain, enhance and share knowledge among the members of the organization and between organizations in order to support their business operation or to attain the goal determined by organization.
The research results can provide guidance for implementing initiatives for knowledge management process.
