The Cultural Dimensions on The Importance of Perceived Ethics in Accounting from The Perspective of Mint Economies

Abstract
The rapid growth in the global business environment has raised the significance of the study of ethics due to increased ethical apprehensions that organizations confront in different nation situations. The ethical perception of societies is mainly affected by the culture and in this respect, one should know the relation between the culture and ethical perception to reduce the damaging effects of unethical behavior. Therefore, the aim of this study is to investigate, in which culturaldimension cases individuals are likely to engage more in unethical behaviors in terms of perceived ethics in accounting by making a comparison between MINT (Mexico, Indonesia, Nigeria and Turkey) economies with Hofstedeā€™s cultural dimension scale. Index Terms- MINT economies, cultural dimensions, ethics.
