A Preliminary Study on Taiwan SMES Strategic Model Classification Under Globalization

Abstract
Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) around the world are regarded as the lifeline of the national economy, and Taiwan is no exception. This study intends to contribute to how environmental factors and dynamic capabilities affect the global integration SMEs, with the globalization model proposed by Johnson et al and the further adopting the classification pattern of Miles and Snow. Finally, an active contribution was made on how the environmental factors and dynamic capabilities affect the strategic classification pattern.
