Paper Title
Paradox In Protection From Earthquake Versus Tectonic Glue Based On Geometric Pattern Of 21st Century Incidences

Abstract
Inter-locked go plates personnify "Glued tectonics. A common sense is that the glue protects the plates from scratching with each other. Paradoxically, it is such tectonic glue amplify the chance for an earthquake or its aftershock to occur. Based on the geometric pattern of the 21st century earthquake incidences, this article explores and discovers a pattern between an earthquake without an aftershock and before-shock without follow-up earthquake just due to tectonic glue. Based on this pattern, an index is defined and calculated to quantify the change in probability for earthquake due to the tectonic glue in Arabian, Australia, Caribbean, Eurasian, Indian, North American, Pacific, Philippines, and South American tectonic plates.
