Paper Title
Interview For Selecting New Japanese Graduates

Abstract
In this study, relative importance of hiring criteria using in employment interviews for new graduates were examined. From the standpoint that people often make decisions depending on their unconscious criteria different from conscious ones, we used the policy-capturing methodology to clarify the difference of true criteria using in hiring decisions between interviewers with hiring authorities and those without the authorities. It was found that although the order of importance of hiring criteria was the same between the two groups, interviewers with hiring authorities rated facial attractiveness higher than those without the authorities.
