Relationship Between Political Skills And Ethical Work Climate With Employees� Performance

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships between political skill and ethical work climate with employees� performance. The method of this study is descriptive and it is a correlational type. 170 employees of youth and sport organization were selected through asimple random sampling technique. The instruments: political skill inventory, ethical work climate questionnaire and employees� performance questionnaire were used to collect the data. The results showed that there are significant correlations between political skill, ethical work climate and its dimensions with employee performance. Political skill and education variables predict the performance respectively, and among the dimensions of political skill and ethical work climate, instrumental, rules, independence and interpersonal influence could predict the performance.
