Paper Title
ARTIFICIAL JUDICIARY OF THE FUTURE RESULTS OF COMPARATIVE LEGAL RESEARCH
Abstract
The main objective of this study is to present the results of research on the possible application of artificial intelligence in the judiciary, especially for the purposes of judicial decision-making. The phenomenon of inefficiency of court proceedings, which is present in many countries around the world, is leading to a global search for alternatives to traditional judiciary. One of the proposed alternatives is the use of artificial intelligence, not only to support the process of issuing judicial decisions by judges, but also for typical adjudicative activities (where AI replaces human judges). This is an area of much debate, but as research has shown, it is possible to create an algorithm that meets the standards of the right to a fair trial, making the future use of artificial intelligence in the judiciary for judicial decision-making increasingly attractive. Artificial judiciary is therefore a matter for the near future.
