Is team knowledge sharing really a matter on employee creativity performance? A contextual model perspective

Abstract
This paper presents a contextual model perspective to explore how knowledge sharing promotes employee creativity in Taiwan theme park work team. Knowledge sharing have been examined has a positive effect on creativity; however, most of previous articles focused on individual level perspective and omitted team or organization effect. Our research try to investigate the effect about team knowledge sharing affects employee creativity and bridge this gap. The results showed individual knowledge sharing can act as team level knowledge sharing through aggregating and its� effect on employee creativity is more significant than lower level knowledge sharing.
