Abstract
The number of small hotel management is increasing day by day. In particular, boutiques and small family enterprises provide the emergence of new entrepreneurs. This type of accommodation enterprises are the most intense socio-economic unit of human relationships. Accommodation enterprises engage in eating and drinking, having fun, relaxation, etc. combination of many services. Contact the guest has a very important role for their happiness. In particular, such companies also benefit from other means of communication in the management process. The impact of globalization on the world of information sharing has increased and change and development has become inevitable. This situation has led to an increase in the competition. to maintain their assets that enterprises must have a sound knowledge of communication. Human is the most important element of communication and accomodation business. Therefore, enterprises should be used in effective communication techniques. A questionnaire prepared for study and it has applied on small hotels managers and their answers evaluated.
