The Influence of Inclusive Leadership on the Acceptance of Students with Special Education Needs in Inclusive Schools

Abstract
Inclusive leadership is the main key to inclusive education by ensuring that every student feels accepted, supported, and can develop their maximum potential in the school environment. This research aims to determine whether or not there is an influence of inclusive leadership style practices on the acceptance of students with special needs in inclusive schools. The samples in the research conducted were principals and elementary school teachers providing inclusive education throughout the Special Region of Yogyakarta, Indonesia, totaling 78 participants. This research uses a questionnaire as primary data, and then the resulting data is analyzed using simple linear regression with the help of the SPSS 25 application. The results of this research show that there is a positive and significant relationship between inclusive leadership and acceptance, which can be seen through a simultaneous test with an Fcount of 238.772 and a probability value or p value = 0.000 less than 0.5. The partial test results show that inclusive leadership has a positive and significant effect of 0.000 and tcount of 20.803. So it can be concluded that there is a positive relationship between inclusive leadership and the acceptance of students with special needs in inclusive schools. The implication of the results of this research is the importance of developing and strengthening inclusive leadership in inclusive schools to increase the acceptance of students with special educational needs.
