Paper Title
Measuring the Managerial Performance of the Listed Bio-Tech Companies in Taiwan

Abstract
This study applies DEA (data envelopment analysis) to evaluate the efficiencies during 2011-2014 for 21 listed biotech companies in Taiwan. We concluded that 6 DMUs were efficient in technical and scale aspects. The slackness of inputs and outputs were also been estimated to measure the needed adjustments for less efficient DMUs. Malmquist Productivity Index (MPI) were also adopted to analyze the changes of factor productivity. Strategies on scale expansion and technical improvement are recommended.
