The Human Resource Management For Accommodation Business in Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand

Abstract
This article aims to study the processes of human resource management for the accommodation business in Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand and compare the difference between traditional and modern human resources management. This study collected data from journals, newspapers, related research and interviews with the human resource department of accommodation business in Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand. The study found that modern human resource management for accommodation business in Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand, focus on human capital because it is a great enhance in performance. Therefore, the accommodation business should be aware of the importance’s human resource management and develop to organizational effectiveness.
