THE INFLUENCE OF TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP STYLE, ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT, AND WORK DISCIPLINE ON EMPLOYEE JOB SATISFACTION

Abstract
Abstract - This study aims to determine how much influence the transformational leadership style has on employee job satisfaction, the influence of organizational commitment on employee job satisfaction, and the influence of work discipline on employee job satisfaction. In addition, this study also assesses the influence of transformational leadership style, organizational commitment, and work discipline on employee job satisfaction. The research method used is a quantitative associative method that is causal with the approach of observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The population in this study were all 60 permanent employees of Karel Entertainment and the sampling technique used was a saturated sample. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the partial test for the transformational leadership style variable, it shows that tcount 3.871 > ttable 1.673 with a significance value of test t 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted. the results of the partial test for the organizational commitment variable show that tcount 3.597 > ttable 1.673 with a significance value of test t 0.001 < 0.05, meaning that Ho is rejected and H2 is accepted. Partial test results for work discipline variables show tcount 3.228 > ttable 1.673 with a significance value of tcount 3.228 > ttable 1.673 with a significance value of test t 0.002 < 0.05, meaning that Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted. The results of the simultaneous test show that Fcount 46.894 > Ftable 2.769 with a significance value of test F 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that Ho is rejected and H4 is accepted. The results of the study prove that transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, and transformational leadership style, organizational commitment, and work discipline as a whole together a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction.
