Consumers’ Expectations From Notebook Manufacturers: A Content Analysis on Consumer Reviews of a Turkish Online Retailer

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to explore the basic dimensions of consumer reviews in a notebook product category content in an online Turkish retailer, and to determine –if any- differences between the computer brands. According to findings, there are differences between the brands based on the reviews. Furthermore, the most mentioned positive specifications of notebooks are related with performance, price, design/workmanship, display and cooling system; while most mentioned negative specifications are related with performance, software, keyboard, optical drive and design/workmanship.
