Paper Title
Solving the Problem with "Energy Scumbags" on the Termination of Gas Consumption Outside the Scope of the Energy Act 458/2000 Collection Concerning Customers with Health Disadvantages

Abstract
Recent years have been marked by the popularised topic of 'energy scumbags'. If we look at the list of the latest most searched topics on the world search engine Google starting with the word energy, we will find terms such as energy vampires, scumbags, energy scumbags list, protection against scumbags, vampires, energy consultants, and similar terms. Dealing with these energy suppliers or intermediaries is a hot topic in the Czech-speaking area, with people turning to sources of information such as the Google search engine. The Energy Act, specifically Act 458 on the Conditions of Business and the Exercise of State Administration in Energy Sectors and on Amendments to Certain Acts (Energy Act), helps to resolve conflicts between customers and energy suppliers. The Parliament of the Czech Republic has agreed on this. The Energy Act sets out the rights and obligations of energy suppliers, intermediaries, and energy consumers. But how can a consumer defend himself outside of Law 458? That is the question and the subject of this research. The goal of this research is to find a way to address the withdrawal of gas consumption outside the reach of the Energy Act, effectively and immediately. The main research method will be an experiment where the proposed solution to the problem will be applied in practice and retrospectively evaluated. Also, all previous communication with the 'energy scumbag' will be recorded and a description of the final solution and an explanation of the outcome will be produced. The research will outline the issue under investigation and provide a legally correct solution.
