Paper Title
Evaluation of Toxicity and Histopathology in the Land Snail Helix Vermiculata Exposed to Insecticide Lazer

Abstract
The intensive and uncontrolled use of pesticides in recentyears has led to the emergence of multiple ecological, environmental and healthproblems. Indeed, the presence of these substances even in smallquantities in agricultural products and water, can pose possible healthrisks. Our studyaims to experimentallyinvestigate the toxicity of a widelyused insecticide, "Lazer" on snails, Eobeniavermiculata. The resultsobtained show initiallythatexposure to Lazer led to a decrease in body mass, a disruption of the biochemicalmetabolismmarkedprimarily by a decrease in carbohydrates and total lipids and a significantincrease in proteins at the level of the hepatopancreas. The histological sections show thatthereis tissue alteration in the tissue of the hepatopancreas of snailstreatedwith the two doses of Lazer insecticide. In addition, there are disorders in the level of nucleicacids (DNA and RNA) in the digestive gland.
