Paper Title
The Financial Crisis in China and its Impact on the Global Economy

Abstract
The main objective of the present study is to evaluate the causes of the financial crisis that recently took place in China. The emphasis of this study has been to understand the turbulence at the stock markets and declines in cash flow with its potential impact on the global economy. The study provides insights on these findings with recommendations. In order to undertake the research methodology a topic of significant importance was selected. The consideration was placed on the Chinas position as the 2nd largest economy in the world, the size of its stock market, and trade impact. The recent stock market crash was analysed on potential repercussions on other global markets. The country has also been experiencing declining cash flows as a result of a slowdown in industrial production which affected trade sales. Data was obtained from a variety of sources including government publications and country reports. The comparison was made to previous trends on the global implications of financial crises. It is believed that the financial crisis in China will have some impact on the global economy. However, the scope of impact is unlikely to be as significant as the one experienced in 2008. Furthermore, the Asia-Pacific region is likely to bear the most of any repercussions than other regions. Keywords- financial, crisis, Economy, market decline, Global growth.
