The Algerian Start-Up And Sme Boosting Strategy: An Overview

Abstract
Universities in Algeriagraduate each year thousands of students with diplomas in several fields, and among them, there where surly those who have the intention to create their own business in the aim to realise some of their innovative ideas. To reach this, concerned students must have too conditions: the entrepreneurships spirit, and funding resources. The reality shows that the absence of this too conditions leads to a high level of SME mortality. For this reason, government in Algeria intervene throw some new boosting instruments in order to promote innovation, and entrepreneurships among the newly graduate students. In this context, several devices have been implemented to offer a financial support to start-up and SME, through bank credits with reduced interest rates (until 0%), technical support while ensuring Technical Monitoring, and some fiscal and parafiscal advantages. The interest of this paper is to expose the Algerian experience through browsing thedifferent devices in question such as: ANGEM, CNAC, and ANSEJ.
